Wills Probate & Power of Attorney Staff

Ray London-Smith
"I have never wanted to be a stuffy lawyer and believe that good communication is key. So we aim firstly to be approachable and to guide our clients in a straightforward cost-effective and understandable manner, through areas of law which can be complex and daunting to them. Whether that is making their Will, deciding whether to give Power of Attorney over their affairs, administering a loved one’s estate or helping them to find a resolution to an apparently insoluble estate dispute"
Ray joined RMNJ as a partner in 1988 and currently heads the Wills Probate, Estates Disputes & Litigation Department. Having gained his Law degree at Liverpool University Ray was admitted as a solicitor in 1984. His 37 years in practice have given Ray a depth of legal and human experience. Ray qualified as a Mediator with London School of Mediation in 2011 and specialises in Wills and Probate with a particular interest in unlocking complex Estate Disputes.
