Our dispute work is charged at an hourly rate of: £325.00 + VAT (£390.00 inc VAT) per hour + any disbursements (such as court fees, counsel’s fees, expert reports, or tracing agents, where required)

Because no two disputes are the same, the level of work — and therefore the overall cost — will depend on the complexity of the issues, the type of claim being made, the number of parties involved, and the level of negotiation or litigation required. We will always discuss the likely costs with you at an early stage and keep you updated throughout.
