Holly Bernard

Holly is an LLB Law graduate who joined the mental health department at RMNJ in September 2022 as a paralegal, following completion of her law degree from the University of Chester. Holly has chosen to specialize in mental health law and completed her accreditation and became a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel in early 2024. Since then, she has been representing clients at both hospital managers and tribunal hearings. Holly also takes initial instructions from clients who are subject to the Mental Health Act and deals with all aspects of case preparation as well as representing at hearings.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time walking her dog and riding her horses with whom she competes in Showjumping competitions all over the country.
