As well as his tribunal advocacy Daniel also deals with Judicial Review proceedings, as they relate to detention under the Mental Health Act, and matters in the Court of Protection. Daniel is known for his tenacious advocacy style, ensuring that every client’s voice is heard and their rights are robustly protected. He is approachable and friendly, building strong relationships with clients and professionals alike through his calm, empathetic manner and clear communication.

Outside of work Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, is a keen reader and enjoys walking his dog .
