Funding

There are many different funding possibilities.

You can elect to pay traditionally on an hourly rate for our services, and we are happy to provide full details of our rates upon request.

You may have Legal Expense Insurance under your household or motor insurance. We have excellent relations with most LEI providers and we can deal with them direct on your behalf.

When it comes to No Win No Fee RMNJ Accident Solicitors try to be different. We don't charge you a penny whether you win or lose. We believe that the best lawyer is a lawyer who gets paid only on results. If we win we claim your legal fees from the third party or their insurer. We fund your claim from start to finish at our own expense. We don't ask you to take out any credit loan to fund the costs of medical reports and the like and when you may be at any risk of having to pay legal costs we will insure you against that at our own expense. This is the RMNJ No Cost Ever Solution and will be offered in all eligible cases.
